How do I connect to Wi-Fi?
Locate the internet modem and enter the case sensitive password found on the instruction card on the desk in your apartment or simply contact the friendly service staff.
If you are having issues connecting, unplug the wireless router and modem (the box connected to the router), then reconnect both and wait 5 minutes.
If networks are unavailable, ensure that your computer has all wireless settings enabled. If this problem persists, contact your computer’s manufacturer for further information. Should you require further assistance with any electronics in your apartment, please contact us at (+267) 73264486/94.
How do I use television and DSTV?
Using the television:
Remote Instructions- Use the labeled TV Remote to power on/off, adjust volume. Change channels by using the labeled DSTV Remote.

What is the minimum stay?
The Furnished apartments can be rented for a minimum of 01 day.
How are the apartments equipped?

Where are your apartments located?
Our apartments are located in the residential neighborhood of Plot 54705, Block 6, Grand Millennium Estate, opposite The Grand Palm Hotel, Gaborone. Close to business and commercial districts. What is the difference between our furnished apartment and a typical hotel?
A hotel room provides little more than a bed and bath. Our Furnished Apartments offer fully equipped private apartments in residential buildings. We offer Residents can prepare their own meals and enjoy plenty of space to relax after a fast-paced day.
What are the cost advantages of staying with Furnished Apartments versus a typical hotel?
There are several significant cost advantages. On average our rates are 10%-30% less than typical upscale hotels. There is more space and privacy, so residents can entertain or hold meetings without renting a separate room—and with a full kitchen, residents have the option to cook their own meals.
Are there laundry facilities?
Yes, there are laundry facilities in all of our apartments—many are inside the apartments themselves.
Is there housekeeping service?
Housekeeping is provided upon request. Additional housekeeping services can be arranged during your stay.
Are utilities included in the apartment rent?
All apartment rentals include a preinstalled cooking gas, electricity and basic DSTV.
How do you charge for long distance calls?
We do not have a facility to enable long distance calls. We can however help purchase a local calling card at the clients’ expense. As a guest you have the means to use applications such as “whatsapp, Skype, messenger and viber” all possible with our in-house internet modem.
Are pets allowed?
No, we do not allow pets.
What time is move in/out?

We do airport transfers to and from the apartments, prior arrangements can be made with our customer service agents. Upon request, Western Car Rentals can reserve a vehicle for your personal use.

We accept most major credit cards, some debit cards, Airbnb bookings and through our secure PayPal account.
